The Leasing Services Branch is a statewide program which provides centralized office leasing services to all Executive Branch departments.  The primary function of the program is to lease commercial office space from private sector property owners when there is no available or appropriate space available in state office buildings controlled by the Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS).

To prepare a leasing request, go to the navigation panel and click on Office Space Forms for the Leasing Information Request Form (PWD 500) with 501i Instructions and Space Comp Form 501.  When requesting for a new office lease or any action on existing office leases handled by the Leasing Services Branch, current policies require that the department Director send a detailed written request, together with appropriate forms and organizational chart(s) approved by the Department of Budget & Finance, to the Comptroller.  The Leasing Services Branch can be reached at (808) 586-0505.  Our address at the Kalanimoku Building is 1151 Punchbowl Street, Room 429, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
