The State of Hawaii, Department of Accounting and General Services

(DAGS), Public Works Division (PWD) requests information from the public and qualified vendors aboutthe feasibility, estimated costs and potential approaches to designing, building and financing a new stadium and ancillary development on the current Aloha Stadium site. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended toprovide DAGS with background information for the development of a subsequent request for proposals or request for sealed bids for this project, subject to funding.

 

Please Note that participation in this RFI process is voluntary, and is not a prerequisiteto respond to any subsequent Request for Proposals, or Request for Sealed Bids. Neither the purchasing agency nor the interested party has any obligation under thisRequest for Information.
