This position administers statewide engineering, architectural and related services of the
Public Work Division under the jurisdiction of the State Comptroller, including land
acquisition, planning, designing, project management, construction inspection, contracting,
constructing, and equipping facilities and improvements for State agencies. Also
responsible for revising contemplated leases for office spaces and providing technical and
analytical assistance to user agencies and performs other related duties as assigned.
