NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE NEW ALOHA STADIUM ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT PROJECT DAGS JOB NO. 12-26-7763
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) describes the three-stage procurement process intended to result in one or more contract(s) with a single private developer entity to be engaged as a master developer to master plan and deliver the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (“NASED”), and in doing so, (i) design, build, operate, maintain, and partially finance the new Aloha Stadium, (ii) develop and commercialize vertical developments within the district, and (iii) design, build, operate, maintain, and finance public spaces and supporting infrastructure within the district.
To view all of the RFP documents, future addenda and participate in the procurement process, Offerors must register for an account with Ansarada by following the steps below. If you are interested in registering as a team, you are encouraged to do so when filling out the registration form.

Step 2: Complete and submit registration form. Then, check your inbox to confirm submission. If applicable, you have the opportunity to include additional team members in the “Team member emails (Optional)” field.
Step 3: Verify your details and access the NASED Project Data Room.
Please note, Offerors may register for Ansarada starting at 10:00 A.M. Hawaii Standard Time (HST) on December 14, 2023. Documents will be available in the NASED Project Data Room on the Ansarada platform after 12:00 P.M. HST on December 14, 2023.
